These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and ji888 ("ji888," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online casino platform accessible at ji888.co and all associated subdomains and services (collectively, the "Platform").

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active ji888 account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gaming through ji888's responsible gaming tools or through PAGCOR's exclusion registry are not eligible to register or maintain an active account.
• Staff Restriction: Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of ji888 and its software providers are prohibited from creating player accounts on the Platform.

ji888 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full suite of services on the ji888 Platform, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update your information promptly if it changes.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, ji888 requires mandatory identity verification. You must submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), or a valid Philippine passport. ji888 may also request additional supporting documents at its discretion, including proof of address or source of funds.

ji888 completes KYC verification in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is successfully completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

ji888 staff will never request your password via any communication channel — including live chat, email, SMS, or telephone. Any request for your password purporting to come from ji888 should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your ji888 account, whether or not you authorized such activity.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact ji888 support immediately to request an account freeze.
• ji888 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. This is available in your account security settings.
• You must log out of your ji888 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• ji888 bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Deposits: ji888 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). Deposits are credited to your ji888 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ji888 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) banking hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or for accounts requiring additional security review.

Currency: All transactions on the ji888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). ji888 does not accept or disburse payments in foreign currencies.

Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited to your ji888 account are derived from legitimate sources. ji888 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in compliance with its AML obligations. Deposits identified as originating from unlawful activity will be frozen and reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

Chargebacks and Disputes: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider in respect of a ji888 deposit is a serious breach of these Terms. ji888 will contest all unwarranted chargebacks and may immediately suspend the associated account pending investigation.

ji888 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Players must satisfy wagering requirements in full before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's specific terms. Live casino table games and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or be entirely excluded.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unactivated bonus funds that exceed their expiry period will be forfeited automatically. Time limits are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Under Active Bonus: While a bonus is active on your account, ji888 restricts maximum bets per round or spin. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with ji888.
• Registering or operating more than one (1) ji888 account, whether personally or in coordination with other individuals.
• Using another person's account, identity, or payment methods without their explicit written authorization.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit game mechanics or promotional offers.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to ji888 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ji888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account verification requirements.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to mask your true location.

All content on the ji888 Platform — including but not limited to the ji888 name, logo, branding, website design, interface elements, text, images, graphics, software, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ji888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ji888 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from ji888.

Unauthorized use of ji888's intellectual property — including using the ji888 name or branding in connection with any third-party service — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji888's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji888 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other circumstances beyond ji888's reasonable control.

ji888 complies with the Republic Act 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Philippines) — and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. • Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• A player's death, legal incapacity, or bankruptcy.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of an account for any reason, pending transactions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where termination results from a player's breach of these Terms, ji888 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where termination is not due to player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure), any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ji888 support. Before closing, ensure all active wagering requirements are completed and all withdrawable funds are requested. Balances remaining in accounts closed at the player's request and not withdrawn within 90 days may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in ji888's fee schedule.

ji888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to players via registered email address or prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English language version shall prevail.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Disputes: In the event of any dispute between a player and ji888, the player should first contact ji888's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ji888 aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable regulations.

Jurisdiction: The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the channels described above.
